New term, New problems!
Hey peeps & light.I know it has been quite some time since i updated my blog.I'm not going to say sorry!Been busy juggling school and so many other things at the same time. I had my first acting shot,in vasantham central for the drama mudivu. Haiz, so sucky! Seriously, can you imagine having a high fever, bad cough, bad hair day, and have to speak Tamil for the first time on television.Rekha and viknesh the vasantham star finalists were nice to speak to, although i was not comfortable in speaking to them.Like duh, since im not familiar with them, plus my throat was killing me by the minute.I still remember the anxiety i had when i was uttered the first sentence. The anxiety of not saying the words, clearly.I so sucked.Plus it's featuring next week, Tuesday!I'm so dead! Minutes ago, i was telling my aunt. After the world, has seen the episode, i am sure going to hide myself under the blanket and will definitely skip classes for a week.Shit, why of all days did i had to be sick for that week.My character is Sharon,a married women ( god, when was i married!LOL. To think that the technician was my "husband", and my mother-in law is my aunty's mother), whose brother-in-law(Vignesh) is staying in my close friend's house (rekha). She comes to my house, and the scene is between her and me in a casual conversation.
Light, i am so going to go invisible after the show appears on TV.Wear huge glasses, mess up my hair, and appear as retarded as i can.Maybe buy some Dracula teeth or something.Wear more eyeliner, have some fake dark circles. I walk zig zag. I don't know.I'll do anything to make myself look horrendous to the extend that no indian will recognise me, come up to me & look at me in disgust and shoot me with vulgar words."oi, enna lah eppadi act pennai!!Like so sucky!) Haiz, i hope no peep, will recognise me.I hope i look good at least not made a blunder on TV.Hey, but i know i tried my best even though i was very sick.
This month, has been dreadful. My await for my exam results is scaring me to death. When i think about every time, it gives me goosebumps. To top it off, there has been a new love blossom. Not me, the someone.Like i said peeps, i am not revealing anything too personal on my blog.(clearing my throat).Haiz, i am drowned in sorrow. My life sucks. But i know that everything will be fine.Sooner i hope.Hope, phew, yeah right!"Hope" a word of excuse.Anyways, the shoot for the scene, was held, by my parent's decision, My aunty's place.Though, the producer Lavanya suggested my house, due to some reason, my parent's said "No."
When i told meena, about the shoot, she was like talking to me in doubt. She thought i lied to her.Haiz!!Anyways, gotta go, have to do research and come up with a survey for the freaking magazine project.I bet you freaking people are having a better life than me.

I'm Legal
Hey light and peeps. Finally,I'm legal. It feels great but there is a certain weird feeling under my stomach.I just can't put my finger on what it is.Oh who cares,I'm legal...Anyways,i had a great day today.Firstly,i woke up late,7:40am.SO me.Rushed and met Meena for the morning train.I had the boring journalism class in the morning, followed by a nice lunch at a Thai restaurant at plaza Singapura.Although,i was upset that May didn't come today due to food poisoning.Annie was sweet enough to get me a coffee cake.Nurul, a pair of nice earrings,Janice, a nice black pouch,Michelle, a makeup bag. They were all just too sweet and being nice to me.Sometimes,i feel that i don't even deserve this.I was reminding everyone at home, not to get me anything except a cake would do.But they all did gave me cute presents as usual.Haiz...But I'm grateful.During the nice lunch,we celebrated my birthday.Gave half the cake to the staff working in the restaurant for being so nice to allow us to celebrate in their premises.Mich had to go off after the lunch as well as nurul.Left were Janice,Annie and myself. We had a real fun at the archade. Then we head to paya lebar, walked zig zag along the mini stalls meant for the Ramadan fasting period situated right beside the MRT station.Met nurul and her lovely shop.Although, the place was a huge sauna, extremely hot.We were drenched in sweat. Our only distraction from the heat was the handmade beautiful jewelleries.I got back home by 5pm.Celebrated my birthday at 10:45pm.Can't wait for Friday dinner with three of my good friends.Nites

New friends,new discoveries
Hey light and peeps.Remember when i told you, maybe for others who are unaware, that I'm always alone with meena while studying diploma in mass communication at MDIS.Its the people that makes us anti-social.This time round, i got to meet new friends.A enthusiastic Vietnamese Annie,a future journalist,May Ho, the interesting Janice, the thingy Michelle, the simplistic Nurul plus many more.Though i don't have a decent conversation with the rest of the classmates, a half smile is good enough to cheer anyone up.Versus the diploma classmates, a half smile meant a whole day of freakin disgusting stares. My birthday is just one day away. This time round, i am damn nervous.I'm going to be legal. All these years,man...it will definitely feel good to be "free." Ive been doing research for the three assignments although I've been slacking a bit these days. Do i feel happy these days?In class, great.( Oh by the way,Janice is the first one to get me a gift. Thanks girl.)Although,at times i ask myself do i feel any regret over doing this? Now, not at all.I got to learn more than what i did previously.Well, that's about it.I gtg, nites

3 months flew
Hey peeps...I know, its been a very long time since i updated this blog.Actually i don't even have the mood to speak to anyone nor update on this pathetic blog of mine.Been very angry with everyone back at home. Don't ask me why! Anyways, I've been missing in action because i was busy with my work in Indian Bank,Trade and finance department for three whole months.Though it was tough, i learned a lot more than anyone.Met so many nice ladies especially for Vadivu a good friend working with meena in the sixth floor, the credit department.A real humorous lady.Love going back home with her.One thing i love, is that i get to really laugh out real loud on her jokes and always hoped that the one hour train journey will will not end. Got to read the book 6 & 7 of the Harry Potter Series in just one week to and fro from work.Loved it and sobbed through reading those two books.Although,i cheated by taking a peep on the last chapter of the seventh book. OK,ok i admit it's cheating, i shouldnt have. But it doesn't make a difference.Although,i didn't expect Snape to be a very good man.He Loved Lily.Watched transformers.Love, love and loved it.Watched it twice. Just Wednesday,8Th of august, was the last day my contract ended. That day was really emotional.I will never forget those nice people. They got me a cool red bag.I actually learned a lot about the working world and got to hear alot of sensible advices from those mid forties and fifties colleagues of mine.Got them Thank you cards. They loved it.Plus, my three months pay I'm using it to continue my advanced diploma in Mass Comm in MDIS.(no choice my parents forced me to continue with it.although it is so unnecessary)Meanwhile,Ive been working on my career too.Hopefully,Siva(the Indian dude who acted in lifeline as oneof the main characters), helps to put me in one of the episodes of the vasantham central show under PUNCH productions.Well, I'm just too tired to even think. My class will commenced on the 20Th of august.Hopefully, i get to meet nice people, which is the least thing that will happen to me.Like what they all say, You're just weired.Pist yeah right, as long as I'm not snogging on any guys in the campus grounds that's fine by me.(yawning) nites.

Silence Makes Me Happy
Hey light. It's been quite a while since i updated this blog of mine. Its going half past 1am here and not sleepy at all.Just watched my favourite shows,"Ugly Betty," "America's next top model" and finally "Pepper Dennis."Lately, i am in the worst position.Well, for a start, I thought to myself that it is best not to tell or update my future to any of ex-classmates or anyone except chosen few.You peeps might ask me why?Thank you for all your support but every time i meet anyone of you and you ask me these questions such as "how is your job venture going on?" or "What happened to your plan of going to Melbourne to study?" It always makes my heart sink and i have to turn away from the person so as to just control my feelings and just give back a half smile at them.Just don't ask me any more questions please, its driving me nuts!
I feel the frustration in me by the minute. The anger just brewing inside of me. Everyday i stare at myself in the mirror and question myself whether the path I've chosen is right for me.But today, I've decided that I'm all out to fight for my future and to have my dream come true.No doubts about it at all.Not even one.I know myself too good.I am a risk-taker.And i make sure that i win the race.I will with god's blessings, the support of my family members and my close friends. Most people despise loneliness and hate the silence. But I'm different.I love it.I mean I'm not saying that I don't need my family and friends around its just silence gives me calm, time to think what is my next action in life and to understand myself better. I dare say that updating this pathetic blog of mine has given me an opportunity to get into my head.REALLY inside my head. When i was a kid, i thought life was all about having fun and that everything comes easy. However, from my experiences so far, my answer is it ain't easy and life is tough.VERY TOUGH!I don't know how a few have this perception that life should be taken easy going?Well, peeps I can never be like that. You might advise me that I shouldn't put too much of pressure and stress on myself. All i can tell you is that if you were in my shoes you would think twice, wait a minute make it several times before concluding.Anyways, got to sleep.Good night.

HAIZ...
Hi peeps and light. I know,I know it's been quite a while since i wrote on this blog. I got a job. Thanks to my best friend, Meena. I was excitied that i finally got a job although the pay was low.But hey it is still money. Anyways, from tuesday this 1st week in my office, things have gone out of hand. Office problems.Politics!
Fat pigeons flying around hoping to savage some bits of food, people walking past me. Behind me UOB CENTRE.Some were couples hoping to last their relationships, others office colleagues either discussing about their manic, selfish boss or simply plain gossips of who dated who?, and there was me sitting down on the black shiny flat bench over looking the Singapore River. My best friend sitting right next to me,Meena.Giving me a small smile of hope. Behind me stood the many majestic and gigantic buildings. People fiddling with their camera phones or clicking their expensive digital cameras away, taking pictures of these well-designed buildings in awe. I thought and sighed to myself. What they're taking is just the exterior beauty. But inside these buildings, nobody, well maybe not at least these passionate "photographers" have ever given a thought of how stressful those lives working inside it, might be. At least for a start mine!Well, i thought everything was going to be alright. I guess i was just too hopeful. Why is it me? Problem after Problem. Some of them who are in poly and JC tells me that their lives right now are hard. Well, you have not seen hardship.I'm going through it right now. This world is a very cold one. People are evil! Cause? MONEY & POWER! Then i thought to myself. Rather than questioning God why me, just move forward. It is hard but...i have nothing to say.Again, almost everyday during my lunch break sitting right at that same spot, watching different lives passing by me. With my best friend beside me still hoping that everything will be fine as i stare at the calm river. "shall we go?" asked Meena. I looked at her."yeah" with no choice. I sighed! Overall, this week was a diaster. Nites.

SPIDERMAN! SPIDERMAN!
Hello peeps and light. Today my sister, meena & her siblings and me went to watch the much awaited movie SPIDERMAN 3. In one word, "AWESOME!"The characters are more well-developed. You will expect the usual exhilarating fights between our neighbourhood friendly man spiderman with his villains. However, this time he's going all out for three.OUCH!!! Which means more excitement for the audience. Also, there is a spoonful of jealousy, romance, anger but most importantly even more lies between the characters plus a pinch of the usual dose of humor. The only difference is, that you "may"expect an unexpected death in the movie. Overall, i would give a 4.5/5. However, i was not that satisfied with the ending. Oh well, who cares, i still love it. Ok, other than watching the movie in the cinema, since it' labour day, i spend the rest of the day watching movies & programmes as well as re-learning my Spanish. Here are some phrases that you might want to learn... You might ask yourself, what for? Know English and my mother tongue enough what! Now i say, "Learn lah, enhance your knowledge so you don't have to be stupid like me!!" Hehe..
English-Spanish( pronunciation)
1)Please-Por Favor(Pohr-Fah-bohr)
2)Thank you very much-Muchas Gracias (Mooh-chahs Grah-cee-yahs)
3)My name is... -Me llamo (Meh yah-moh)
4)I don't understand-No Comprendo (Noh-Kohm-prehn-doh)
5)You're Welcome-De Nada (deh nah-dah)
Ok that's all for now.. Nites!

TRICKS
Hey light and peeps.Firstly, let me make myself clear that I'm not in love. I only said it in my blog to trick meena and smf. When i told SMF, she seemed as if she believed on that stupid story i made up. However, Meena never believed on what i said. Since she knows me better that i strongly despise men. Readers please don't simply come to a conclusion that I'm Lesbian.I'M NOT, I'M STRAIGHT. Anyways, i told SMF that it was just a trick. She says, " that is so not funny." in a sarcastic manner. Opps, i think i did the trick on the wrong person. Well, girl all i'm trying to put forward to you is that i'm not interested in relationships at all.On the other hand, Vaish added that i am desperate.I'm not, because if i am than i would not be talking about "hot" looking guys and sex all the time, wait a minute, let me rephrase that, most of the time. I guess they are not into tricks like how Meena and i do. Ok enough of the tricks. Meena could not make it today due to her work. So the rest of us, head to the newly opened Ang Mo Kio Hub. Not bad the shopping mall. Vaish bought this nice looking v-shape black blouse while I tried out a few t-shirts. Bought doughnuts. They were good and tasty. Eventually, we decided to head to northpoint to take some neoprints. I look dark and horrendous in all the pictures. My self-esteem is just way down the drain. It's that low.Overall, the day out with them was fun. Once, i got back home i was supposed to spike my brother's hair.He was going for some function.Gosh, he looks reali handsome. Like a Bengali boy. As for my sister, she is soo annoying these days. Ok then, nothing more to say to you. Gtg, nites.

...
Hello there! Welcome to my boring life...Again..anyways, for today nothing much then just doing household chores. Not forgetting, about how desperately i was sending out my resumes for 15 different job positions to different companies including mediacorp. Gosh, life just gets "better and better." Anyways, enough about my pathetic life people.Just remember, "never give up". Psst yeah right, like as if i ever followed that phrase. Oh ok, keeping a positive attitude makes once life better. And you should agree with me on that. My sister, Norusha, went for her audition yesterday, in the hopes of joining Stage Drama. She decided to choose that CCA. Well she made it. Apparently only 20 were chosen out of the so many hopeful participants. So happy for her! I hope she grows maturely and gain in confidence as the years to come. I have observed that she has been trying her best in studying and memorizing all her facts. It must be tough for her.You might wonder how much can a nurse earn? Well, the higher in qualification the more you earn. Especially in countries like America or London.I told her it will be good for her to work there instead of Singapore.Since a nurse gets paid so little here. Ok then, nothing much.Always smile and sweet nightmares to all. Nites.
PS: TO MEENA & SMF guess what, i think i'm in love..hehe..finally..Cant believe right? Me neither.Met him just a week ago.

A failure after another
Hello there peeps and light. It has been a long time since i updated my blog. Sorry about that peeps. Kinda busy sitting down in my couch all day, thinking about how shit my life is right now and fearing for my future. Anyways, here i am sitting in the hall, about to watch my usual show and typing into this "wonderful" post of mine with my new wireless laptop (which my mom got it for free just yesterday). Haiz, you readers might be wondering to yourself what happened to my quest of finding a job to pay for my degree. Well, the quest was a failure. After trying out for 14 jobs, which includes sending of resumes, going several interviews, plus almost everyday browsing through newspapers for job vacancies. I almost gave up. I then decided to go through a course under my dad's real estate company. Yes, i have planned to do this job with no other choice. All for the sake for money and for my acting career. Anyways, my dad has been struggling on his own so i thought why not help him out. Also, i can't wait for June to come. Drama shooting is scheduled for the whole month. I don't really bother what kind of character i get as long as I'm part of it. Oh well, that's all for today. Will update to you readers on my pathetic life soon.Nites.

The Namesake
Hey peeps and to light of course! Well, went out with shalini, vaish and meena again, this time to watch the movie "The Namesake" at Lido. As usual, supposed to meet them at the Sembawang Mrt at 10am, and i woke up at 9:35am. Thank god we reached on time there. Excluding the sex scenes, the movie was awesome. The screenplay and the story is excellent. I would give a 4/5. Mira Nair again never failed to move all of u. No doubt, it was from a Novel, the author Jhumpa Lahiri's best selling novel. A job well done. I hope that after this movie, Tabu will get even more character roles in Hollywood, although i don't see her much in Bollywood as often. Anyways, i can't wait to watch the much awaited movie Spiderman 3!! Saw the trailer the other day and i am sure it is going to be a great time watching the movie. Ok then, too tired to even type this post. Will update to you soon!

I wish..
Hey peeps and light. As usual did the normal routine, except there's been a change. Today is Good Friday's day! Well, went to the church and had a lunch date with my friends, Meena, Vaish and shalini at causeway point. It's been a fine day out. You know light, i feel that everything is just going no where! Enough about my pathetic life.
Anyways, the date went well except the annoying remarks that sha sha and vaish made. So old school! I guess that's why I didn't get angry at all. Got over it in secondary school itself. Oh well, nothing much other than still trying to find a job. OK, i guess got to work double, OH WAIT, triple hard to find a job. No doubt sha sha, said that i shouldn't put too much of stress on myself on trying to find a job, i guess i can't help it. And for heaven's sake " I'm never going to fall in love and marry!!" Get it girls. Quit trying to change me. This is me and no one's continuous persuasion and advices are going to do any good in changing me. Ok then, I've been too tired after doing a lot of chores. Plus too tired to even type this post. Got to go, will update to you on my boring life of mine!Haha, Some other time i guess! Haiz, good night.

No Wonder Singaporeans are leaving!
Today's topic is on how gullible Singapore government is? Well, for a start have you readers read this Strait times article on the front page of Home. The headlines "BOGUS DEGREES," pointing out on the number of foreigners that come in with false educational certs. Percentage ALOT! Listen up, all you foreigners out there. All you have to do, just to get a job here is to follow these procedures.
1) dress smartly,2) put a fake smile,3) spray some expensive perfume, 4) Lie during the interview that you get payed at least about $2,000+ in your country ( most of them come from India and china) with no proof and hand over the false certs. The Boss smiles, looks at you with awe and say "Congrats we appoint you in." You give a huge smile and tell yourself "SINGAPOREANS MUST BE REALLY THAT STUPID." While another guy, a Singaporean, in his twenties, comes for the same job with a NUS cert hoping to get the job to pay off the loan, (his dad took to pay for his degree), goes for the interview and comes empty handed. SO all the hard work he has spent on studying in Singapore has gone to waste. The Certs he has, are just mere garbage paper. This Singaporean guy is now working as a taxi driver, accepting his reality and feeling really angry and furious over the fact that the education he studied so hard was of no use at all. ( met this guy when i boarded into his taxi,a few years back.He even told me to go overseas and work, not here!) The government might think why some Singaporeans do not have any loyalty to their country, not stay here and strive, because you never gave a chance to these people. The worst part is some companies "close one eye," for those foreigners who have false certs. Haiz! Shocking but this is the truth. No wonder many of them are going overseas to find a better live. A better live that is not to think about paying bills all the time and rush for the earliest train so that you can reach your office without worrying about getting fired, which is happening in Singapore.
Of course, I'm not encouraging everyone as follows, "don't bother to stay here in Singapore, its a useless place!"I'm not saying this, its just the encouragement and trust you give to the foreigners why don't you provide it to your own people? Look at this way, when it comes to even the media, most of them are either from Malaysia, India, china, Hong Kong or Thailand etc.
Do you have any opposing comment? Post them in the Cbox.Thank you!
So What's up?
Hello again... Well nothing much going in my life for now. Waiting for an answer from the National Arts Council regarding the scholarship. Plus, been to the national library today, borrowed some books on producing and film making. You might think that I'm being nerdy here but hey its good to re-learn everything again to get me prepared in advance before taking my degree. Oh i also bought this really nice black high heels in Bugis Junction from this shop called Prettyfit. Got it for $19.90. ( Mom insisted that i should buy one since i already broke the other 4 or more heels.Hahaha! She must really be pist by me.) Also, i wonder why does it take for some ladies to shop for even a pair of shoes for sooo long! It took me less than 30 minutes to buy one. Gosh! Anyways, do check out my sister's blog: anewchapter-norusha.blogspot.com. She is the one who taught me how to upload videos which explains why i am getting obsessed in uploading them in this pathetic blog. I guess to make it a bit more interesting for you readers. I hope!hehe.. I dunno these days, why do i feel so empty, frustrated and sad. Oh well!!! I'll get over the fact that i am a loser.
I wonder whether you readers out there experience things, weird things like i do! For example, I have this habit of looking up in the blue sky and talk to GOD!!(Hahaha, i can't believe that I'm revealing this thing out. Gosh you must be thinking to yourself, "What is wrong with this girl? She needs to see a doctor" Only my sister and i think meena too knows about it.) Hmm...so one day i asked him, whether the choice i was going to make was right? Show me some signs God! And i just look forward and within minutes a bus was driving past the taxi that i was in, and it had an ad, it states." Never better! The choice is as tight as these Jeans." Hahahaha!! Can you believe it?This ain't the only encounter. Many i must say. To me having these kind of ads, motivational ones that is, are good to have. Oh well! I still wish that a really rich guy comes to me, and agrees to pay for my degree in exchange for nothing. DREAM ON GIRL!
So that's it, nth much unless for the incident that happened outside UOB plaza in Raffles. (supposed to meet meena at OUB, didn't hear her properly.BIG MISTAKE!)Regarding my dress... Wind! And some dude raising his eyebrows. Gosh, only my family and meena knows...SHH! Top secret never to be unfold...It was embarrassing that's all i can say to you readers. Plus my dad complaining that cyclists these days have no brains. Cycling in paths that were only meant for people to walk. That's all..Gtg..Nites..

JOBS
Hey people and to light... Today i had an interview at the Fullerton hotel. On the way, I met my ex-classmate Kenneth. We talked throughout the journey until he dropped off at Dobhy Gauht station while i got off at Raffles Place. I have never been to the business district before and it's my first time. Boy, I say the buildings are just so huge, tall and majestic. Well, for the interview, it went well. I met a Malaysian Girl there who was trying to get a job in the Fullerton hotel, so that she can quit her other job from some other hotel. It was nice talking to her though. If I am not wrong, her name is Eng Eng. Anyways, hopefully she gets the job. Today i even tried out for a job from the mediacorp radio. Thank god the Human Resource officer immediately responded to my email. Hopefully, he likes my voice. Can't wait to send it to them. Would have to tell this to Meena tomorrow though. Anyways, i got a call today at 10pm.I have to go for a third interview at the hotel this thursday.Although, i'm not that excited. Oh well, i just hope i get the Radio job. I'll have to pray even harder. Well, that's about it. Oh before i forget, do you people find my blog too long? Hahaha. My sister's friend Nab, commented that my blog is interesting however it is too long.GTG..nites

Life Just Gets "better& better!"
Hey guys...these past few days, I've been doing a lot of thinking. I am really upset and don't wish to talk about it. Anyways, i hope you guys out there are having a much better life than me. Here i am writing in this pathetic blog of mine wearing my dorky black specs with reader digest on the table to my right, reading about inspirational stories and neither of it inspires me for now.(Sigh) Although, i don't know why i have been going "wordy" these days. Always trying to learn a new word to enhance my knowledge. Like it ever makes me feel better to know that I'm not stupid. For you readers out there, here are some words that you can learn.
Gnu (NOO) -African antelope
Poi-Hawaiian dish
Peck- Unit of measure equal to one quarter of a bushel
Ecru(EK roo)-Beige: "He was finding trouble deciding which suit to buy. Would it be the black one or the one in ecru?
Olio-Hodgepodge
Inert-Inactive
Cache(Kash)-Hiding place
Ogle (OH gull)-to look or stare at
Creel- Fisherman's basket
Pekoe-black coffee
ague-A fit of fever and chills
Plus let me suggest to you a book that you might one to read if you're bored or or don't have a job like me. ( I didn't get the Ritz Carlton job.HOORAY.Cheers to the loser who is so unlucky.)Back to the book. The book is called "THE PARDON," written by James Grippando. It's a national bestselling author. If you love to read thrillers or murder kind of books you will love this. By the way, I hate love story books.
Please don't ask me, why am i upset? As i have said before in this blog, that i will never ever ever reveal any PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL issues other than to my diary.Other than that, i haven't told anyone, not even to my sis.( I asked her to accompany me down to the park to see the sun set today. She can see that i'm not myself, i was just staring blankly at the moving clouds up in the blue sky.) I'm trying not to cry here.Haiz, i hope by going to church tomorrow will do me good. Anyways, nothing much to say for now. GTG! Nites.

Autism is the "IT" thing
Hey people. Are you aware of autism? What is happening to children these days? Today i watched the Larry King Live show in CNN, in the afternoon. The show was about the autism epidemic that is going on in United States. Also, Bill Cosby and others talked about autism. For people who do not what is autism, it is when a kid has speech delay , lost his language, lost his ability to potty-train and basically loses the social abilities. Living in their own "world," oblivious of the surrounding around them.
1 in 150 American kids are diagnosed with autism, 1 in 94 boys on autism spectrum and it is considered a national epidemic but most importantly a global one. Also, this disease is affecting more boys than girls. THE FIGURES WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE. It is frightening to know but this is reality. Who knows, when you people have a child in the future might be diagnosed with autism . What will you do then? Cry your heart out? And question god and yourself why me? Something has to be done NOW.
Bill Cosby the legendary comedian sets off to be in NYC on 9th of April this year, attending a concert namely "Autism Speaks," spreading awareness of autism to the public. The headlines for today was "Bill Cosby and Toni Braxton VS fastest growing serious developmental disability in US." What shocks me even more is that, with such an epidemic staring right at us, where kids presently are more prone to be diagnosed as autistic than categorized into diseases such as AIDS, CANCER or any other diseases. Also, autism is not taught in medical schools, no doubt it is another incurable disease that they should look into. That is unconscionable. It surprises me.
There is no medical detection at all other than the other diseases. However, mind you, if you think that autism spreads through contact with blood or through needles just like Aids.YOU'RE WRONG! However, does it spread genetically. Not confirmed yet, no doubt for a few cases. Even Pediatrician Dr Ricki who was there in the show, she talked about the effects and the symptoms of autism. How to detect it from your child? Basically, the lack in connection between the child and the parent. Be it eye-contact.
Thank god for the kids in America, there is an organisation called "AUTISM SPEAKS," which is a 2 year old operation and it is mainly reaching out to families who do not have any financial aids, for example to pay for the kid's speech therapy and also they're not being accepted by their communities who are unaware, who needs help and are being ignored by the public.Which is unacceptable.
This organisation is spending a billion dollar on mainly to work on the research for a cure and education for the next five years. And it is only the start. Most importantly, their goal is to get the government to wake up and say 'hey we have an epidemic here and we have to do something about it." The co- founder of this organisation is Mrs Suzanne Wright. She has a grandson who is diagnosed with autism at the age of 2. If you want to know more about autism and its effects please do go into this website: http://www.autismspeaks.com/.
Including Bill Cosby, there were Toni Braxton who is one of the famous and successful R & B singer and has won many awards. She has a son who has autism, she spoke out her thoughts about this issue too.Even Actor Gary Cole has a daughter, Mary, who is diagnosed with autism at 18 months and is doing great right now.
Now these are the questions, is there a cure? Is it genetic? Heredity? Environment? are there Vaccines? We do not know YET!
But what is my concern right now is that, when America has already put their finger on this issue. What is Singapore doing? Oh yeah, wasting A LOT of money on the development of casinos and plainly claim that " we're trying to attract foreigners into our country. And we estimate that it will definitely create a lot more jobs and the percentage of employment will increase. So we think that casinos and integrated resorts are essential for our economy."
COME ON! we have enough attractions already. Why waste the money on these things and not use this money wisely and smartly. Like using it on finding a cure for autism or atleast help these kids have a normal live here.FOR A START, Get the public to be aware. Singaporeans got to wake up! If you think just by posting "MINDS" advertisements in bus stops will do any good in educating this ignorant public then i say, YOU'RE WRONG!More has to be done. Should i record a 2 week video observation of an autistic child's life just to show and prove to you how many Singaporeans( young and old), giggle, tease, give disgusting stares and laugh at these innocent kids. While parents or guardians have to choose to either stay quietly and consume the embarrassment or exchange vulgarity and middle fingers at each other only to create even more commotion and stares from others. There is a lot more to learn here. We have to do something to wake our government up and get them to do something.
Why can't our government come up with an organization just like Autism Speaks and provide funds to these autistic kids. Why are you so concerned only on normal kids.Go get them to go through proper speech therapy and not waste precious money on casinos which eventually will only result to increasing in divorce rates ( mind you it is already increasing even more, before the casinos) and crimes.
Also, i saw the advertisement on having to end poverty by 2015. This reminds me of the time when my ex- social studies teacher, Mr Siva said in my ex-class in my secondary school, that "guys when you get out of this place then you will know how dirty it is. There is a COLD, COLD world out there!" Oh Boy , HE meant it. The amount of money spent on weapons alone, is billions! It is mainly just to kill innocent people even more than just saving lives. What has the world become today!!!Selfish? YEAH.
So think!!! Ask yourself then, am i wrong to say that our government is spending money so blindly? Do post me your comments in the cbox. Thank you for reading my blog though. Nites.

Any Rich People out there?
Hey light and to you people out there. Nothing much going on in my life. Other then surfing the Internet for scholarships, for me to use for my degree in Australia. Money, Money, Money!
"No money don't talk!"
Haiz! I'm not going to give up!I'm going to keep trying. Anyways, there was this "Free Education Services" company is willing to enrol me. Have to discuss this with my dad later. Plus, my sister got another offer to go to nanyang poly to do Nursing. Now she's confused on which poly should she go? NYP or NP? She has to make her decision quick. No doubt, the course is the same, the benefits differs. Hopefully, she makes the right choice. Well, that's about it. Nothing much going on in my life. Haiz, if only a rich dude is able to pay my fees for nothing in exchange! Dream on girl! I'm sure i'll figure something out. Oh i really hope that i do the degree in Creative arts. Only a miracle will help me out, to get through this.Gtg, nites.

Another Day Out!
Hey Light and guys, as i have said in my previous post that I'm going out with my aunt, sis and bro.Last minute, my sister said she doesn't want to go. Asked her what was her reason, plainly she said to me "I just don't feel like going." I wonder sometimes maybe she's just not able to face the look on people when they stare at us whenever four of us go out. I don't blame her. Even my parents don't know what we are going through. They will never know how we feel. I mean how can they feel the pain and angry when they never take the chance of bringing their kid out all by themselves. It just makes me hate them, sometimes when they don't realize how much, aunty have sacrificed for them. Leaving her own son and taking care of this boy that concerns nothing to her. She doesn't get paid, not even a cent. How ridiculous it is! Makes me wonder, what is my parents trying to do.I'm not trying to insult my aunt neither my parents, but even a maid gets paid. Anyways, my brother was really naughty today. His eyes always scanning for pamphlets to tear and i always make sure that he doesn't see any of it.Well, i tried. At times it just doesn't work. Although we did had fun as we went to marina square, esplanade, got to see the merlion, went to the St.Andrew Cathedral, walked along Padang and that's about it. We then head back home. Again my left eye twitched, and within seconds guess who i met, Elizabeth. She just finished her work i suppose.
I watched my favourite Prison Break Season 2, which is finally out today . It just gets better and better. Gosh, Wentworth Miller he looks good(Hehehe!) as always and to think that he had gone through over 100 auditions in his career to even get a steady role in like Prison Break. I don't know if you guys remembered him in the movie "Underworld" he acted as a doctor with that curly hair.Hahaha.He looked so different. Although, in today's episode, i didn't expect Veronica the lawyer to get shot. Bastards. Even the police department is dirty. Anyways I'm getting too tired to even type this post.Actually i do have a lot to tell but don't intend to.Maybe tomorrow.Until then nites.

Be Positive!
Hey Light and guys. Nothing is different in my usual routine for today. Just my mom bought my aunt a new wardrobe and exchanged the current one with some guy name "Ramalingam" after buying from,Aunty Wendy. A very rich lady!Anyways back to the wardrobe thing. After we shifted the new wooden wardrobe against the wall in our living room (eventually my aunty will be bringing it along with her when she gets a house most probably this may). So happy for her that she will be getting a house finally. Not confirmed yet, but hopefully. The thought of my parents being so irresponsible and delayed the time for her to get a house for nearly 10 years, it disgusts me. But i can only blame them partly, the town council is also blamed for her to wait this long. Selfish people!
Well, tomorrow my aunty, sis, bro and myself will be going out. And on Friday i have a lunch day out with my best friend Janani Nair. So long never get to meet her and talk to her. Although I have a feeling that when I'm having lunch with her on Friday, we're going to just munch on our food, and just look up and smile, and continue eating. Most probably, as we're walking along the shops in causeway point, i would definitely say 'Oh look at that red blouse, isn't it nice?" She will nod. And then i'll continue, " I love Red," nodding my head. Turn to my right and ask myself under my breath, "I love red? Girl what are you thinking? You never get to meet her for so long and you start out with that kind of conversation!"
But then again i got to remain positive. I will not know how the lunch will go.Hopefully it will go well and not as worst as what i depict. Awkwardness and uneasiness!Thats all! K gtg. Good day!
P.S Meena good luck and you will do fine on Saturday. Best wishes. And no, i don't feel angry at all about the neoprints.

Interviews!
Hey guys. Had two interviews straight from 11am and 2 pm. Ended up sitting down in the sitting area in Ritz Carlton, walked around marina square, ate lunch in Mac, then back to the Human resource department. The second interview, i was interviewed by the director of guest relations, Mr Vincent Ho. I had to answer all 55 difficult questions and the all time favourite so common question, it goes something like this, "so tell me, a little bit about yourself?" Anyways, i have to wait for the letter for 2 weeks to confirm me to get the job. Hopefully i get the job. I'll be able to save money for my degree. Plus, i have to go for the meeting with the La Troube University consultants. I have to remember to ask them on the scholarship though. Hopefully i get it. At the same time, i was thinking of putting university of Melbourne as one of my choices. Plus, i have to call the MDIS consultant on the issue of scholarship she send to me via email. She sent the wrong one.Today in the afternoon, my left eye twitched, and guess who i saw. Dawn from my normal academic class. I was shocked to see her while i was walking back home, with that long hair! She never had long hair. Change is good & it definitely looked good on her. She's studying in ITE on the course of business. I can sense that she forced the word "ITE" out of her mouth. I told her its ok. You can work your way up to eventually going into poly. She smiled!
Do you know that Simon the judge from American Idol? I assume you know. Do you think he went to a good university and did a course that will help him in becoming a music producer? YOU'RE WRONG! He didn't even do a college degree. Ended up working as a mail boy. A Mail Boy! He is a man of confidence. He must have hoped that one day he will be a famous music producer. And definitely his dream came true. So people, just because you have 8 A1s, it doesn't mean that you will have a solid future, neither a person who has just 5 credits will end up a failure, not true. You too can have a bright future if you put your heart and soul in it. It is all in your hands. I know i will make it! K, gtg.Nites

The Usual!
Hello! Today as usual, I did the usual & old boring routine. Wake up in the morning at 8am.Toss and turn. I was too lazy to even get up. I hate early mornings, even though i love the fresh air. The time flew so fast that my clock broke!( haha, not to get so dramatic, batteries low that's all).
So as usual, i pretended as if i forgot to go for a jog in the park. Finally, got out of my bed at 10am, only having to hear the " soothing" music from the renovation & construction from the house just 2 floors above us.NEIGHBOURS= TORTURE! especially the one staying above us...Oh those kids! They're like mini-devils running around plus their smelly dogs tied in their kitchen balcony (which explains why our kitchen area smells like wet dog) & dragging the chairs at 1am ( i had to use a pole to bang against the ceiling to get to stop them from playing with marbles & coins one night!). And Oh yes, how can i forget the karaoke singing by the old folks every weekend, every f***ing weekend, living in the opposite block.( I still remember i got so pist off, i shouted out of my window "You suck."Thought it would work. I was wrong! They sang even louder, deafening my ears).Although for all the annoying neighbours they are good ones too.The girl who plays the piano is really good. Makes me feel calm and relax every time she plays her music pieces. Also, we are blessed with a good next door neighbour.Praise the lord.
Anyways, i watched television, little bit of surfing the Internet, watched the usual 6pm-7pm Tyra bank's show, 9:30pm-11pm shows, and back to writing this wonderful boring blog of mine. I wonder at times, when i already have a diary of my own why the hell should i have a blog. Well, one advantage is I can let you guys know who i really am.Hehehe, but of course, some stuff that's going in my life will not be revealed in this blog. PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL! But of course, i remembered that i threw my old diary to erase the past ( primary school days). I don't regret that though. I had so many bad experiences than good ones which explains my hatred of going back to primary school.Always forcing myself. The look on my sister's face on every teacher's day, "Do we have to go?" that stupid puppy face. I painfully say yes. I mean we have to show our faces or else they might think that we're being ungrateful. ( Like primary school did anything good to us. Just pure embarrassment and even more humiliation).
K gtg! Today's my interview.Have to wake up early. Wish me good luck light!nite

Too Hard on myself!
Hey light & to the rest of you guys.. Today started off ok. Went to collect my brother's medicine and bought morning breakfast. Basically i spend the rest of the day watching movies. Anyways, I have not been feeling good today. Not sick, but these days, one thing that i have observed about myself is that i am getting irritated very easily and losing my patience about so many things and have been putting alot stress on myself. Some people have told me that they were jealous of me. These are the reasons.
1) My mom doing Avon business so i get the best lipstick etc.
2)Have many friends
3)Get to have the most fanciest clothes
4)Have a great family
5) brilliant
6)have all the money
7) no problems
8) Close relatives and cousins
TRUTH
1) We can't afford to buy over $600 of make up sets in Singapore! You crazy arh!Want cheap but good quality best place go Malaysia or you could get those cheap products from my mom.
2) "Hi Bye" friends 70%
Look at me but ignore ( Go Fish (I'm trying to be decent) Off) 2%
Best friends(2%)
Friends who just smile (24%)
3) girls there is such thing as sales! Like Duh!!
4) Think again! My family isn't a great family. I dun wish to point out the reasons for not being a great family.
5) Brilliant? People, ask me this question again, I'll flash you my o'level results! After that think carefully before you use this word "Brilliant" again.
6) I ain't rich.Dude there were alot of times we have faced financial difficulties. Although, my parents don't wish to let us feel the pain.
7) Mom sometimes annoying
Dad also double annoying these days
Brother OMG ANNOYING
Sister annoying
Auntie always complaining
But hey these are my family members. No doubt they are annoying hehe, i still love them. They are the only family i have!I will always treasure them and i know myself that they will always be there for me, giving me confidence to achieve my dream of becoming an actress.
P.S By the way, when that day comes, i will laugh at all those assholes who said i cannot make it in my life. I WILL MAKE IT! WAIT & SEE!
8) I only get to meet them in funerals.
HAHA! Overall Please don't be me. If you were in my state i don't even think any of you people out there can survive being in my shoes for even a day. I laughed to them, you people have cousins, good friends, relatives to cheer you up. Don't even dare to be me.It just makes me laugh when some people say that they want to be me..
Lately my sister has been quite negative to me. She told me that i can never be able to speak in tamil fluently. GIRL! I will! Plus we're not to be blamed for not speaking in tamil. Haiz, i need to go to church tomorrow to relax myself through praying. Plus will be going to meena's house. Anyways, hopefully meena gets her job! Best of luck to her. I will be going to ritz calton hotel for an interview for a front office receptionist position on tuesday. Wish me luck light, that i will get the job. Anyways gotta go. Nites.

Out for Lunch
Today I met Meena in Bishan Mrt. We went out for lunch at the food junction in Bishan Junction 8. Went around the mall and managed to get meena to try out a dress, she looked nice though wearing that black dress with red belt. We even got some neoprints of ourselves ( do check them out in my Friendster Account). Anyways, so many good news to tell you light. My sister made it to NP for nursing. Horray! In future she could go into the field of dentistry or medicine. Maybe a cosmetic plastic surgeon i hope. I heard that they can paid with a 6 digit amount in America.
My best friend, Priscilla made it to biomedical science in RP. So happy for her too. Plus, meena is going for an interview to medicorp as an assistant producer. So good! Haiz, so jealous of her! Also, today my left eye kept twitching for a long time and i knew it that i was going to see someone who either missed me a lot or that i have not seen that person for a while. As we got into Bishan Mrt station to go home, I met Satya, my drama friend.A good friend no doubt I had a negative impression on him on the first day in the acting workshop, but i was wrong as i got to know him even more. You might be wondering to yourself, is this girl crazy, how come she knows she is going to meet someone she knows just through that twitch, you might take it as a supersitious bullshit but it has worked for me everytime. On the other hand, if my right eye twitches, it means i am going to cry for something really bad. And it does happen. Haiz, i don't know about you and i don't care what you think about me but it is true.
Plus today, in Indonesia an earthquake of a scale of 6.6 for both the first and the after shock occurred. My dad and my sister felt the tremors today even my neighbours too. Hahaha, the funny thing happened was my sister was screaming because literally the chair in the study room was shaking as she sat on it when she felt the tremors while my exhausted mom was taking her nap oblivious to what was happening. Many areas in Singapore, people either rushed out of their homes or buildings to the streets wondering what has happened? Why the building was shaking? afraid the building was going to collapse. They felt the tremors that lasted for onli 20 -30 seconds. In Indonesia, 82 people have died and many are injuried. Hopefully, the east indonesian government will provide and give asistance to the affected families as well as put into thought on how to strengthen their buildings which eventually will safe innocent lives in future.
Anyways, Meena was telling me during lunch, of how a 9 year old Indian girl was pregnant, the father a sec 2 boy is now serving his sentence in a boys home. The thought of a 9 year old girl having sex, and stating that it was pleasurable when she did it with the guy whom she liked for quite long. This is utterly disgusting. The surprising thing was that the parents did not observe anything unusual from her.Plus how come a 9 year old knows alot about sex. All I know is that when i was 9 years old i was a total nerd,a loner and very DUHHH!I didn't even know what was sex then until schools conducted sex education.Hahaha! What has the world become? Sooner or later, there might be a possibility that a 5 year old kid goes smoking and drinking in front of his 13 year old mother. Who knows?
Anyways, gotta go...Will update to you soon on my boring life!

Career fair
Thank god atleast today wasn't as boring as it is on other boring days. My sister, Priscilla and I went for the career fair today in Suntec convention centre. We managed to get all our questions answered. I too managed to get all the required booklets for myself to be prepared of what i'm going to face when I head to AU later. At about 4pm,we head to PastaMania for late lunch. Well, that's about it i guess! Oh plus, i was watching Sun Tv today on a game programme especially for couples.. For a moment, i thought i saw an older version of my dad standing there with another woman. My dad too got a shock of his life, he was wondering," Man, the guy looks exactly like me! WHAT the hell!" All of us were dumbfonded. He managed to take a picture of that man. HAHAHA! I guess it is true that in this world there are 7 people who look just like yourself. My dad has finally found his twin. lol! I still can't believe what i saw.
Anyways, tomorrow I have to call up a few companies for jobs. Also, Hopefully kids central will call me up, there's still another 8 days more. I don't wish to lose my confidence in it. Plus on tuesday, i'll be meeting meena for lunch in Bishan. Ok then, that's all i have for today. Gd night!

The Pursuit Of Happyness
Hello light & to all the lovely people out there. Yesterday, i watched "The Pursuit Of Happyness." Will smith and his son acted really well. The character Chris Gardner played by Will smith is a man filled with alot of confidence, hope and faith even though he struggled to sell all of his "time machines" hahaha! (you will know why i said that, when you watched the movie) to feed his son and to be able to survive in this terrible finanical state that he was in.
I ask you, how would you feel, when the government takes out your $600 from your account just because you didn't pay the taxes, leaving only $21 in your account, have a son to feed, you are living in a rented apartment that you haven't paid 3 months rent fee & the landlord is bugging you to leave? Moving from shelter to shelter. TERRIBLE,DESPERATE & HELPLESS! that's how you would feel. While watching the movie, I could feel for the character.
Although, i didn't like Chris's wife. She's just selfish and not being supportive at all. Yes i can see that she is struggling but can't she understand that Chris t00 is trying his best to get as much money as he can. There is a saying "Behind every man's success there is a woman." In this case, i deny it totally. Overall, smith gave a solid performance including his son (Jaden smith is so adorable, he looks just like his mom). I particularly loved two scenes in that movie.
One was when Smith locked the toilet door, so that he and is son could sleep in the toilet after being chased out of the motel for not paying the rent. The way his son sleeps on his lap so innocently while he cries silently. The other scene was when his boss announced to him that he could start working as a stockbroker after 6 painful months of internship without getting paid plus personal struggle. The joy that he displayed on his face when heard that he made it finally and the way he ran to the place where they cant spell "happiness" correctly, carried his son and hugged him so tightly. The expression and body language Smith displayed is just so over whelming. Good job Smith. The real Chris Gardner has his very own million dollar company under his control, 2006. Utterly amazing! I wonder why did Thomas Jefferson said The pursuit of happiness so many times? I know the answer! Happiness just do not come easily. You have to earn it to know the value of happiness. That is why the very rich do not what is the value of a $1!
I then came to a conclusion, that a man like Chris have gone through so much just to achieve that same happiness, i don't see why all of us can't.Have trust in yourself. Everyone of you out there please just because your boyfriend dumped you or your mom just scolded you that you are useless bastard, it doesn't mean that you have to come to a conclusion that it is pointless to be alive. Because if you want something go for it never drop it just because some morons say that you are useless and a waste. No point going to the extend of committing suicide, cuz if you did, you have just lost out a lot of things. Be hopeful and never give up!
I know myself that i want to live so that when i achieve my dream i want to feel that same "Pursuit Of happyness" just like Chris did! Ok that's all for now! Nites.

Boring!!!
Well, another day of boredom. I did nothing much today. As usual, watched late night movies yesterday, woke up late today. I sprained my ankle and it hurts really bad. Could not sleep with that much of pain. Plus, in the whole afternoon i practised my Spanish that's it. I hope to learn, read & speak fluently on Spanish, Italian,Hindi (at last after so long. Felt so arwful that i couldn't even speak this wonderful language to my late nanny Christina) as well as French by end of this year. I was thinking to myself why the hell is my mother so selfish!
Ok, so what if you considered him as your son ( wake up mom, he ain't your son)!Favouritism bullshit! I wished you were just like other mothers, caring, friendly and most importantly understanding. Guess what light, at times I'm so jealous of some of my friends. They have mothers whom they can tell their secrets without being afraid of getting a hard slap on the face.
Please do not come to a conclusion that my mom is a useless. I know that she is working very hard for all of us. But can't she just spent some time with us. Like talk to us! Its annoying when you keep talking about him. What about the other brother of mine? Have you thought about him? Or is it that you don't want to since he's different from all of us? Anyways, i have given up hope that you will change! I'm just going to work towards my dream that's it! Ok that's all for today. Have a nice day!!( I'm sure your day today is way better than mine)

Not soooo boring day!
To the lovely people out there who have been reading my blog from the beginning, thank you! Well, today i went for a kids central star audition. Went quite ok no doubt i was pretty nervous and all. Hey come on i'm human right. Anyways all i know is that one of the judges is the head of kids central channel, while the other im not too sure. Hopefully i get in, it will definitely help me alot. Finally, I got my GP (graduation results) yipee! With god's grace i got an A. Meena, she lied to me that she got a B. Nah, obviously she got an A, she didnt deserve a B. I will take my revenge on you, meena for sure.
Today, after the audition my sis and i head to causeway to get a few neoprints. We look kinda cool. Especially for my sister, with her new hair cut and all. When , we went to the Mac in Sunplaza, there was this quite good looking guy in the counter, drooling over my sister, and even gave her extra macflurry ice-cream. Can you believe it? Man, even i also don't get those kind of attention.
Plus, i'm really nervous for my sister. Hopefully the NP will call her up for her nursing course as well as she should get into TP too. Hopefully!
I got to watch " Norbit".It was really wacky and funny. No doubt, it was really criticising mainly the fat people, especially when norbit himself have to survive the every day's torture of getting suffocated on bed when his wife sleeps next time. The whole screenplay and the story was alright. Just another touch of eddie murphy. If you ask me which of these movie i prefer between nutty professor or norbit. I'll choose my first choice. So, overall i give a 3/5. But dad didn't agree with me, he gave a 1/5. So unrealistic of him. Come on, the movie wasn't that bad!
Hopefully, everything goes well with my scholarship to get to AU. Oh by the way, i didn't mention to meena, about the audition. Hope to tell her soon though. Hopefully, she gets a job as soon as possible. Plus, did i tell u light that my dearest friend S, has a boyfriend. Ok he looks ok.Hopefully, she's happy with him. Even though, for the continuous persuasion on "Be single! It rocks!" girls just do not understand that most guys wants sex and for some company or to use a girl as a bait for his sadistic actions. PS: TO ALL THE GUYS OUT THERE! NO OFFENCE BUT IT IS TRUE!"However, I'm sure there are some good guys out there who either get married off to average looking girls or turn out to be gays. sobs!
Ok, I'm really tired! Will update to you soon! Nites.

Nites.

Life's boring still...
Hi light, another day of boredom. Although, the reunion with my ex-classmates back in CSS was great. The frisbee game really tired me. I guess after a year or so of no training i really lost my stamina. Saw Azimah with her boyfriend. They are compatible and a cute couple though.Hopefully they will invite me to their wedding on the 4th of Jan 2015 (if i could remember the date that anna said aloud). When I stepped into CSS, that old feeling, the memories of being a secondary school student is still vivid in my mind. Although, i have no such memories of my primary school. Sometimes i wonder, whether my friends do know who I really am. They don't. I guess i have lied about my character to all expect one friend Meena. The rest just don't know me. They don't know. My sister even until now tells me can u imagine if your friends comes to know exactly what your character is i'm sure they will never take you as a boredom. I just gave a half smile. Anyways, back at the reunion, that stupid faizal said aloud "Leasha is fat," i'm not fat for heavens sake. Is a 43kg weight, considered fat to you? Come on! Haiz, even though he dyed his hair brown, he still never changed a bit, still the same old childish acts. Kinda scared though on the arrangement of my degree. Hopefully, everything will settle by end of this year, for me to leave to AU by next year. I am sure going to miss everyone back here though. Today's Supernatural drama, was amazing. Can't wait for the other dramas, like "ugly betty," my fav "Lost," and etc. Ok then, that's all for today will update to you more.

The world today!
Every year, every day, every minute even until this very second, a person is either taking their last breath, dying, or cheating or lieing to his/her partner, or begging from god for mercy that he has sinned, or even a doctor not paying attention to a lady's cries when she screams "Please don't remove his organs," even without much persuasion the doctor proceeds the operation just because the man who is brain dead did not opt out from taking out his organs when he was alive.
Can u imagine, if you attend your father's funeral to only seeing a dough lying in the coffin ( a body without organs) how would u feel? Angry against the whole medical department ? You would be wondering which hospital would do such a thing? You'll be surprised when I say that this has been happening in Singapore, in our very own Spore's General Hospital.
On the feb 14th 2007, mindyourbody TheStraittimes paper, published an article "Breaking the Bad News,"talks about how a family of a brain dead man had to beg the doctors not to remove the man's organs. Mr Sim Tee Hua was 43 years old and his family was praying for a miracle that he would somehow wake up again. Apparently, his family had to beg on their knees, last week to not to do the harvesting of organs as they were wheeling the body into the operating theatre. How is it possible that the medical doctors could do this? They are not supposed to do any harvesting of organs to the body be it alive or brain dead until the family has given any form of permission. What kind of stupid act is this? When the doctors were questioned, they simply said that Mr Sim had not opted out that he does not want to donate his organs, as such after 24 hours the doctors proceeded with the operation. Why is our medical department this merciless? If the same doctor had his loved one brain dead, and he/she did not opt out and immediate harvesting have to be done, how would he feel?
The best part is even after the operation, the family did not get any value/compensation for each of the organ. However, when the same liver goes to a very sick private patient who needs the liver badly, he has to pay $150,000, to $200,000 to the hospital. Who gains, the hospital don't u think? Don't you wonder that the hospital really knows how to eat people's money. What kind of world today has become? Upon reading the article, I was really furious. I wonder what if the lower income groups are not aware of this whole opting out thing, they would have to beg just like the relatives and family of Mr Sim. I sympathise and feel the pain that they are going through. I hope the government would look into this matter. Plus the media in Singapore should publicize about this matter even more.
Anyways, I'm kinda worried about my sister. Whether she will get into the courses of diploma of biochemical sciences, psychology or nursing. Hope God will answer my prayers. Wish her luck.
GTG! Will update to you about my life soon until then bye for now.

Part 1
Dear Light,
Well, it is my first time writing in a blog.Kinda excitied though.Actuali i would dare say that this ain't my first, i forgot my the other blog.Don't really care about it anymore though.Anyways, it is a new a beginning for me. Nothing much in my life right now. Trust I'm sure yours is much better than mine when u wish to continue to read my blog. I am going to be 18 this year. Never had a boyfriend, dun even like the word LOVE, i dun get to go out and hang out with my friends often, overall u can sum up my life to a one word description. "BOREDOM." No further questions asked, on why my life is like that.
I have just compeleted my diploma planning to move on to a degree in arts or communication and media. Hopefully, everything goes well and I can achieve my dream of becoming an actress. When my sister Norusha, asked me " why dun you have a blog of yourself, atleast you would be able to vent your anger and frustration of how lonely and boring you are". I told her " why should anyone have a blog to express their opinions and tell others of how lonely and depressed their lives are? dun they have a life or a journal atleast? Anyone who has a blog needs to get an appointment with a shrink" I laughed. So ironic. Anyways, got nothing much to talk about right now to you light, but will get back to you soon. nites.
